Last Friday, November 14, FreePower Group held the third session of its internal talk series, this time focused on innovation and technology applied to the energy sector. During the session, Pablo Caerols, CEO of Bfly-Cluster, shared how his early years in technical roles led him to identify operational needs and a lack of digital tools to improve data management and decision-making. Based on these observations, he began developing his own solutions alongside different teams, which resulted in the creation of several systems and applications now used across various stages of the project cycle.
The presentation sparked a conversation centered on the processes that enable problem identification, solution design, and the development of more efficient work models. Caerols accompanied by Alejandro Aylwin, part of his technical team, explained how these platforms were created, the main challenges faced during their development, and how they became integrated into the industry.
For FreePower, the session reinforced the importance of applied innovation, understood as the ability to observe how the sector operates, identify gaps, and develop tools that enhance efficiency and improve project-related information. This contributes to broadening the team’s perspective on the role that technology and in-house solutions play in the evolution of the energy market.
This activity is part of a four-session internal talk series organized by FreePower Group to strengthen the team’s knowledge on key industry topics. The series will conclude with a session on solar energy and storage.
