The company has kicked off its internal training program, an initiative designed to strengthen knowledge and provide practical tools to the team across key areas of the energy sector and professional development.
The first session, titled “Effective Communication Skills,” was led by Fernanda Varela, Executive Director of Agencia Pólux, who shared insights and experiences on how to communicate clearly and confidently in interviews, presentations, and engagements with diverse audiences.
Among the main points highlighted was the idea that every team member acts as a spokesperson for FreePower, as each interaction with clients, suppliers, authorities, or communities conveys part of the company’s identity and values.
The talk underscored the importance of preparation and practice as the best way to build confidence and deliver effective messages in any scenario.
What’s Next in the Workshop Series
This learning space will continue with three additional sessions addressing challenges and trends in the energy industry, including “Trends and Challenges of Hydrogen in Chile,” “Innovation and Digitalization in the Energy Sector,” and “Current Challenges in Solar Energy and Storage.”
Through this program, FreePower seeks to strengthen its team with diverse content that combines professional development, industry trends, and practical tools to face the challenges of the sector.
